Liquidity

This video is all about the concept of liquidity and how to utilise it when trading the markets. We will talk about what liquidity actually is and the logic behind how it works and why it works in the way it does. To do this we will explain what actually happens during the buying and selling process and how this links into the reality of liquidity being used to trap buyers and sellers in certain situations. Once you’ve learnt the foundations of liquidity we will go into where to find it on the charts and the reasons that it is in certain areas of price. Once you have a way of identifying it, we can then look to work with this to make sure we are best placed when opening positions to make the most of these liquidations and ensure that we are trading on the right side of the market.
